    Warm staff; small units; maintenance

    I toured the place and liked the warm, attentive staff, welcoming tour, clean common areas, and convenient location with many on-site amenities. That said, units are small and a bit dark, parking is poor, and I noticed musty/water-damage signs; smoking is allowed so odors could be an issue for non-smokers. Management was slow to respond to repair/security concerns (few cameras), and activities have been limited lately. Overall I had a positive impression and would recommend with reservations.
