Friendly community with excellent amenities
I moved into Orchards and loved my first three months - Orchards is the best: staff are friendly and helpful, the recreation director runs daily engaging activities, and I've made lifelong friends. My apartment is bright, spacious and modern, the property is clean, well-maintained and secure, and the amenities (pool, gym, courtyard, media room, salon, garage) are excellent. The location is convenient to shops and medical care, the social calendar (church, Bible study, potlucks, outings) keeps you busy, and management/maintenance respond quickly. It's a bit pricey (~$2,100/mo), and I wish I could sign a 30-year lease - otherwise I highly recommend it.
