I live in this brand-new senior community and love the friendly, helpful staff, fantastic residents, amazing maintenance and the nonstop resident-run activities (movies, book clubs, gym, daily events). The apartments are generous (about a 2-bed ~1,200 sq ft), modern with full kitchens, in-unit washer/dryer, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, elevators and a peaceful courtyard. Downsides: no meal service or on-site medical/care facilities, limited care and some safety issues with walkers/scooters in hallways; a few repairs and occasional pests; pricing feels high. Also experienced administrative snags (declined application, slow deposit refund) and an occasionally cold, intimidating vibe - I'd recommend it for active, independent seniors who want social life and amenities, not for those needing medical support.
