The building itself is three stories tall with 117 units, and it feels open and welcoming thanks to covered entrances, manicured lawns, walking paths, and plenty of trees all around. This is a 55-plus community that offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, nursing, and rehabilitation, with the main living options coming as studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments, each with large windows, kitchenettes set up with white cabinets, sinks, microwaves, and mini-fridges, and either a deck or patio in many cases for some outdoor time of your own.

    People who live here get three meals a day in a restaurant-style dining room, and guests are allowed at mealtime or can even stay overnight. Housekeeping comes weekly to help with cleaning, laundry, and bed-making, and there are also maintenance staff on hand for repairs. The rent covers most needs, including basic cable, all utilities, Wi-Fi throughout the building, personal emergency call pendants, climate controls, and response systems for safety, so things stay comfortable without much worry. For extra support, residents can bring in their own care providers or use on-site health aides, and there's a pendant emergency system as well as controlled access and preparedness procedures to keep people safe. There are no doctors on staff, but arrangements for visiting physical or occupational therapists and private home health care can be made. The assisted living and memory care programs help folks needing daily support or memory care for Alzheimer's or related needs.

    The grounds have walking trails, gardens, patios, and views of Wedgewood Pond, so people can spend time outside when they want, and small pets are allowed with certain rules-residents just need to care for them. The facility is all on a large campus, offers wheelchair accessibility, has safety rails, elevators, and scheduled van or bus transportation for everyone, including shopping trips and medical appointments Monday through Friday. There are shared activity rooms, a library, Sky Active Living services, a chapel, activity spaces, and a large-screen TV lounge where folks often gather. The fitness center is modern and hosts regular exercise and yoga programs, balance activities, and other wellness events. The community center, bistro dining area, craft rooms, game rooms, and a computer area are all available. There's also a barbershop and beauty salon inside the building, as well as in-building laundry and on-site management.
