I felt immediate peace of mind from the warm, family-like staff-especially Simona-who provide compassionate, professional, dignity-centered care. The home is very clean, meals are homemade and nutritious, communication (including with hospice) is timely, and activities are engaging; I'm very satisfied overall with only minor room for improvement.
