    Family-owned home with outstanding care

I placed my mom here and couldn't be more pleased. The family-owned, high-end home is beautiful and spotless with rose gardens, gazebo and comfortable rooms; meals are made from scratch and delicious. It's small (max 6) with two caregivers onsite plus owners living there - staff are kind, gentle and went above and beyond, communicated thoroughly, and helped my mom regain her health; prices are high but worth the care and peace of mind.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the reviews is strongly positive: reviewers consistently describe MD Premier Luxury Senior Homes as a high-quality, premium board-and-care with exceptionally attentive staff and a meticulously maintained environment. Multiple reviewers emphasize that choosing this home was the best decision for their loved ones’ health and welfare, citing concrete outcomes such as regained health after an accident and clear improvements in safety and daily well-being. The tone of the feedback is one of gratitude and relief, with many reviewers calling the staff compassionate, kind, and ‘‘family-like.’'

Care quality and staffing are the most frequently mentioned strengths. The facility is described as well-staffed for its size — several reviews note two caregivers for six residents and onsite caregivers living in the home, and some highlight that the owners are present and hands-on. Reviewers repeatedly use words like compassionate, gentle, and attentive to describe caregivers; they also report that staff go above and beyond ordinary duties, administer medications reliably, provide thorough daily cleaning (floors and bathrooms), and communicate needs and health updates clearly to family members. The small resident capacity is tied directly to individualized attention and close oversight, and reviewers view this as a major contributor to strong outcomes and personalized care.

Facility and environment receive consistently high marks. The property is called beautiful and high-end, with pleasant outdoor spaces including a gazebo, barbecue area, and rose gardens. Interiors are frequently described as spotless and inviting, with comfortable rooms that reflect individual personalities (several reviews mention large TVs in rooms). The overall presentation is framed as premium or luxury, and the physical environment supports the impression of a boutique, family-like residence rather than an institutional setting.

Dining and daily routines are another recurring positive. Reviewers praise the food as fresh, home-cooked from scratch, nutritious, and delicious, noting three meals per day and communal dining that encourages interaction. Several comments explicitly state that meals were a noticeable improvement and that family members appreciated the quality and attention to dietary needs. Regular cleaning, medication distribution by caregivers, and other day-to-day supports are cited as reliable and consistent.

Management, ownership, and communication are described favorably. The home is family-owned (noted as Romanian family ownership in the summaries), with on-site owners and caregivers which reviewers connect to prompt communication, personal accountability, and a family-like culture. Reviewers frequently say they received clear, informative updates and felt kept in the loop about their relative’s status. This hands-on management style is linked to perceived excellence in care and responsiveness.

The most notable concerns, while limited, are consistent across the summaries. Price is frequently described as high; however, most reviewers explicitly qualify the cost as comparable value or worth the premium given the high level of care, cleanliness, and amenities. Another repeated limitation is an apparent scarcity of organized activities or games — reviewers mention limited activities beyond communal dining and informal interaction. For families prioritizing an activity-rich program, this could be a drawback, especially compared with larger assisted living communities that offer extensive group programming.

In summary, MD Premier Luxury Senior Homes is portrayed as a small, upscale, family-run board-and-care that excels at personalized, compassionate caregiving, cleanliness, and home-style dining. Its strengths are concentrated in staff quality, safety and health support, and a well-maintained, attractive environment. The primary trade-offs are higher cost and relatively few organized recreational activities; however, many reviewers consider the cost justified by the individualized attention and overall outcomes. For families seeking a boutique, high-touch residential option with excellent caregiving and a tranquil setting, these reviews strongly recommend MD Premier as a top choice.

About MD Premier Luxury Senior Homes

MD Premier Luxury Senior Homes sits in Indian Wells, California, and gives seniors a cozy, hotel-like environment with caring staff who are always around to help with any daily needs like bathing, dressing, medication management, or moving around the home, and it's the sort of place where they keep life feeling peaceful by being at the end of a cul-de-sac with gardens and walking paths, and folks can relax outdoors in the gazebo, barbecue area, or the rose gardens, which they care for so nicely, and they even put fans around to keep things cool when it's hot. The community only has space for up to six residents per home, which makes it quieter and means the staff can pay a lot of attention to everyone, and a member of the family even lives on-site with the residents, reflecting their long experience in elder care going back to Romania.

The homes have big dining rooms, fully-furnished apartments, cable or satellite TV, high-speed internet, and telephones in every room, and when you walk inside there's a sense of a real home, not an institution, with the kitchen and sitting areas open for folks to use freely, and everything is set up safely with wide hallways, step-free entries, and emergency alert systems in place at all hours. There are special programs for memory care and residents with cognitive issues, and the homes even go by names like Rachel's Cottage with Love and The Palms at La Quinta, to help keep things feeling personal. Each day, scheduled activities fill the time, with movie nights, community events, walks outside, and they always celebrate birthdays and milestones, which helps everyone stay connected and content.

Staff handle medication, special diets-like allergy or diabetes needs-and work with healthcare providers for appointments, offering transportation too, so nothing gets missed, and there's always 24-hour supervision for everyone's safety. Housekeepers and laundry staff keep everything tidy, and move-in coordinators help new residents settle in without hassle.

There are two locations in Indian Wells: 145911 Paseo Coronado and 245385 Mesa Cove, both known as MD Premier 1 and MD Premier 2 Luxury Senior Homes, and both offer assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, respite stays, and care home options, so seniors can choose the level of support aligned with what they need over time, and there's a focus on helping everyone stay as independent as possible, with dignity and kindness. With a real focus on comfort, safety, and quality of life, the homes stand out for their modern, well-kept spaces and programs meant to help seniors enjoy their days in comfort and ease, and when families want to visit or try things out, there are tours where folks can meet the staff and see if the place feels right.
