    Good care but unresolved refund

    The facility is clean, well-lit, with appetizing food, grooming, walks, cards and attentive 24/7 caregivers - Michelle was extremely helpful. Unfortunately poor communication and a long, unresolved deposit refund (we've been waiting since March 2022) after my mother passed made the experience very frustrating; handling of her private residence felt unprofessional. Small resident population (about six) means more attention but low activity turnout - I recommend families stay closely involved and get refund/closure terms in writing.
