    About Heritage Haven

Heritage Haven sits in a quiet residential neighborhood on a side street, offering care for up to 27 residents, which makes it smaller than many other communities but gives it a close, homelike feel, where residents get support for their individual needs and don't get lost in the crowd. The building has a variety of housing options like semi-private rooms and fully furnished apartments with bathtubs, kitchenettes, cable or satellite TV, phone service, and Wi-Fi, so residents have both comfort and connection. Safety always comes first, with a 24-hour call system, on-site supervision, and trained caregivers ready to help with bathing, dressing, medication management, transfers, and all activities of daily living. Heritage Haven gives care to people in assisted living, independent living, memory care for those with Alzheimer's or dementia, and even has nursing services and continuing care, so residents can stay even as their needs change or if they need extra help because of diabetes or incontinence.

The staff includes nurses, podiatrists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, who all work together to support health and independence. Heritage Haven helps residents live well, with support for diabetes diet management, special dietary needs, and nutritious meals planned and prepared by chefs, whether people want to eat in the dining room or need a meal that's allergy-sensitive. The community's environment is designed to be safe for memory care, so it helps reduce confusion and stop wandering for those who need it.

For daily life, Heritage Haven has a lot to offer, with maintenance-free living, housekeeper and laundry services, plenty of places to sit and talk, walkways in the garden, a small library, an arts room, a barber and salon, and even spaces for movie nights. Residents can bring their cats and dogs, which means people don't have to leave their pets behind. There's a packed schedule of activities every day, like art classes, birthday parties, barbecues, holiday celebrations, community service, karaoke, and regular outings, along with resident-run activities, which gives everyone something to do and plenty of ways to meet neighbors and feel included.

Transportation and parking are available, making outings and medical visits less of a hassle. Heritage Haven offers devotional services offsite for those who want it and a support network that gives people personal freedom while making sure no one feels alone. The focus always stays on quality care, resident dignity, and a real sense of safety, where each person's rights stay respected. Heritage Haven is licensed by the State, keeps a clean record for both staff and tidiness, and upholds the mission to help all residents grow physically, mentally, and socially as they age.
