    Unclean understaffed poor meal service

    I placed my father here and it was a disappointing, uncomfortable experience - the place wasn't clean, severely understaffed (often only one person) who tried his best but couldn't keep up, and communication was misleading and inconsistent. Meals were horrible and poorly prepared (he was offered a ham sandwich for nine days and faced restrictive kid-menu/dining policies), I even had to buy our own TV, and I would not recommend or return.
