    Resort-like community with outstanding staff

I live here and have been consistently impressed: a beautiful, modern, resort-like community with exceptional staff who are warm, professional, and go above and beyond. The dining is outstanding with multiple restaurant options, plus a rooftop pool, gym, plentiful activities, meeting spaces, and convenient location near shops and doctors. It's on the pricier side, but I feel it's good value for the cleanliness, care, and overall welcoming atmosphere - I'd recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: The facility presents as a high‑end, resort‑style senior community with modern design, extensive common amenities, and a strong emphasis on hospitality. Many comments emphasize the luxury finishes, rooftop pool and city views, five dining venues, varied menus, and numerous daily activities and events. Tours and sales interactions are frequently described as informative and professional; several families spoke positively about the onboarding experience and named sales and leadership staff who made a favorable impression.

Care and staffing: Reviewers consistently praise the bedside manner and warmth of caregiving staff, noting that many employees know residents by name and provide personable service. The community offers 24‑hour nursing and memory‑care options and on‑site medical and wellness services. However, there are recurring operational concerns: delays in responding to resident calls, workload pressures on direct‑care aides, and reports that staff shortages or illness have affected responsiveness. There are also isolated but notable incontinence‑care concerns and reports describing requests or practices that families found inconsistent with expected care protocols.

Dining and activities: Dining is a clear strength — multiple restaurant‑style venues, rotating menus, and numerous positive remarks about food quality and presentation. Activity programming is broad and well‑staffed, with frequent live music, fitness classes, outings, and social events that contribute to an active community life. These elements are repeatedly cited as major contributors to quality of life for residents.

Facilities and operations: The physical plant and common areas are widely praised for cleanliness, contemporary design, and maintenance. Apartments are described as spacious and well‑equipped. At the same time, some design features present accessibility challenges for those who use walkers or other mobility aids (e.g., appliance/configuration choices and uneven thresholds). Housekeeping frequency and laundry processes were identified as areas needing improvement: limited allotted housekeeping time and instances of clothing damage from laundry operations were noted.

Management, security, and transparency: While many reviewers compliment leadership, sales, and front‑line teams, there are contrasting remarks about management stability and administrative conduct. Several concerns center on management decisions and staff relations; there is at least one serious allegation of employee theft and unauthorized apartment access. Reviewers also described limited transparency around such incidents and difficulty obtaining camera access or satisfactory explanations. Prospective residents and families should clarify the facility’s incident‑reporting, camera‑access, and property‑safeguarding policies prior to commitment.

Bottom line: The community delivers a luxury, activity‑rich environment with highly rated dining and a warm staff culture that many find welcoming and attentive. These strengths are tempered by operational weaknesses that include staffing/response delays, housekeeping and laundry quality control, accessibility constraints for some mobility devices, language/communication gaps, and serious but apparently isolated security and management concerns. Families considering residency should weigh the strong hospitality and amenity profile against these operational issues and perform targeted due diligence on staffing levels, incident transparency, property‑security procedures, and accessibility for their specific needs.
