    Beautiful facility, dangerous care lapses

I appreciate the small, homey, very clean facility with friendly, caring staff, active owners, lots of activities and good food - the rooms and common areas impressed me. But I also saw serious problems: severe understaffing (sometimes one caregiver for ~30 residents), frequent falls, neglected incontinence, unsecured narcotics, and placements that felt money-driven. High staff turnover, low pay and a toxic work culture undermined consistency. Overall I'm torn: it looks and feels excellent and some caregivers go above and beyond, but care lapses and management issues left me worried about resident safety.
