    Good meals, but severe neglect

    I liked the friendly staff and the home-cooked meals, but I can't recommend this place. The manager is incompetent, much of the staff seemed uncaring, and I witnessed neglect - a patient left outside in 90-degree heat, horrible smells, and residents with dirty feet and blisters.
