    Excellent therapy, but staffing concerns

I had a mixed experience. The facility and dining areas were very clean, the therapy team and food were excellent, and many floor staff were friendly and compassionate-admissions and rehab transitions were smooth. But nursing and management were inconsistent: chronic understaffing, slow or unanswered call lights, missed meds/poor follow-through, spotty communication, and occasional neglect that made me worry about safety and dementia care. I'd recommend it for short-term rehab/therapy, but be cautious for long-term or high-needs residents.

    About Glen Ridge Health Campus

Glen Ridge Health Campus sits among other senior care communities and offers a choice of living and care options all on the same campus, so you've got independent living residences for people who don't need daily help and assisted living if more support's ever needed, and if someone needs extra attention, there's a licensed residential building for skilled care, plus special areas for adults with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. You'll see residents have access to amenities like a gym, salon, library, private dining room, and on-site laundry, with rooms that can be fully furnished and made cozy to suit each person, and the place has pretty views as well. Meals come three times a day and they serve restaurant-style dishes using fresh ingredients, with several choices and a wellness-minded menu, which makes dining a nice social experience. Glen Ridge Health Campus puts together over 100 programs a month, from baking and cooking clubs to music events, exercise, arts and crafts, and plenty of group activities, and tries to keep things lively with a full calendar for everybody to pick what fits best. If someone's coming from the hospital or needs longer-term help, the skilled nursing and post-hospital care services and both long-term and transitional care programs are available, and there's support through adult day health services too. Operated by Trilogy Health Services, Glen Ridge Health Campus works to provide care and connection for seniors and uses several online features connected with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to help families stay in touch or see what's happening.
