Excellent rehab but inconsistent care
I had a mixed experience. The facility is warm, clean and home-like with excellent PT/OT and rehab programs, many compassionate, friendly nurses and aides, smooth admissions, and a calming atmosphere that really helped my mom. However care was inconsistent: medications were sometimes delayed or missing, staff shortages and socializing left residents unattended (my mom was left in soiled underwear for about 24 hours), privacy and discharge coordination were poor, and a few staff were unprofessional. Safety and security concerns (missing items, sloppy rooms) and variable COVID precautions were also alarming. I'd recommend this place for strong rehabilitation and many caring staff, but only with close oversight, clear medication/discharge plans, and specific questions about staffing and safety.
