    About Chandler House

Chandler House offers four licensed beds and is a Level III Residential Care Facility that gives seniors a place to live with several care options, and while there's long-term care for those who need it, sometimes folks come for just a bit of respite if caregivers need a break, and there's independent living for those who want privacy but might need support later. People can live in Chandler Apt 3 or Chandler Apt 2 if they need more supervision, and the apartments give residents some dignity and privacy, but help is close by for things like bathing, dressing, or moving from bed to chair. Residents get 24-hour support, there's always supervision, and staff manage medication and help coordinate with doctors and other healthcare providers. The community offers memory care with secure spaces and special programs to help people with Alzheimer's or dementia, where staff make sure residents are safe and have activities that keep their minds active. There's skilled nursing for those with complex health problems, and staff give care all day and night with rehab and wound care when needed. Residents don't have to worry about housework, since housekeeping and linen services are part of what's offered, and rooms come furnished with phone and WiFi, plus cable TV if you want it. The dining room serves meals all day with options for allergies or diabetes diets, so everyone can eat safely, and there's a focus on making food that meets each person's needs. Community life includes movie nights, scheduled activities, and walks along the paths or in the gardens, with spaces where folks can come together or just be quiet for a bit. There's transportation if someone needs to get to a doctor's appointment, and when it comes to daily living, staff help with meals, bathing, and other personal care. Residents have emergency alert systems in place, and the building itself has features that support comfort and well-being. Chandler House has a small, close-knit feel and focuses on each person's independence, while making sure help's always at hand, which gives families peace of mind.
