    Caring staff clean home costly

I moved my mother here and I've been very pleased with how exceptionally clean, welcoming and home-like the building is, the genuinely caring and attentive staff (memory-care team included), the activities, meals and in-room amenities, and the safety/housekeeping/medical supports. My only real complaints are the cost-high for some budgets-and recurring administrative billing problems (duplicate charges, delayed refunds and poor corporate responsiveness). Overall I trust the care and would recommend it, but double-check billing and your budget up front.
