    Summary review

Overall sentiment: Reviewers portray Hosanna Home as a warm, small, and family-oriented senior living facility where residents feel cared for and where the environment intentionally feels like home. Across the summaries, the most consistent themes are caring staff, owners who are personally involved, clean and cozy spaces, and a strong sense of community. Multiple reviewers highlight that staff members learn and remember residents' preferences and engage with them regularly, which contributes to an individualized level of attention and a nurturing atmosphere.

Care quality and staffing: Reviews emphasize high-quality care delivered by friendly, cooperative staff who appear genuinely invested in residents' wellbeing. Staff are described as attentive, willing to help out, and effective at creating a welcoming routine. The owners receive repeated praise for their active presence and evident affection for residents; several reviewers explicitly state that the owners are "there for our family" or that they "love residents." One summary even frames the community as an "amazing place to work," suggesting staff morale and leadership are strengths that likely support consistent resident care.

Facilities and environment: The physical setting is frequently described as clean, orderly, cozy, and well-decorated, with gathering rooms that are inviting and homelike. A cabin-style aesthetic is mentioned, reinforcing the home-like ambiance. Safety is flagged positively, and reviewers feel residents are well taken care of in this environment. The small size of the community is repeatedly noted as contributing to a family atmosphere and to close relationships among residents and staff; this intimacy appears to be a deliberate and appreciated feature.

Dining and activities: Meals receive strong, repeated praise for being delicious, home-like, and varied. Reviewers call out both meal quality and variety as pros. Activities are another major positive theme: arts and crafts, games, outings, Bingo with desirable prizes, special events, and holiday foods are all named specifically. There is also mention of weekly pastor visits, indicating attention to spiritual needs and organized routine. The range and nature of activities contribute to engagement and a sense of normalcy and celebration within the community.

Management and family involvement: Management and ownership come across as hands-on and compassionate. Several comments frame the facility as a "family environment," with owners present for residents and for relatives. This visible leadership is associated with trust and continuity of care, and reviewers explicitly connect the owners' involvement to the overall warmth and quality of the home.

Notable concerns and patterns: Negative comments are few; the primary explicit concern across the summaries is that rooms are small. Aside from that single recurring critique, reviewers do not raise consistent operational or clinical concerns in these summaries. The small size that creates intimacy may also be associated with smaller private spaces; prospective residents and families may want to verify apartment dimensions and storage options during a visit.

Overall assessment: These reviews portray Hosanna Home as a small, well-run facility that prioritizes a homelike atmosphere, personal attention, and active engagement for residents. Strengths include consistent, caring staff; involved and compassionate ownership; clean, cozy common areas; good food; a varied activity program; and a safe, family-like community. The main drawback to consider is limited private room size, which could be meaningful depending on individual space needs. For families seeking a close-knit, home-style senior living option with hands-on owners and staff, the reviews present a strongly positive picture.

    About Hosanna Home

Hosanna Home, also known as Hosanna Assisted Living Home, sits at 1521 3rd Ave N in Great Falls, Montana, and does a good job caring for seniors who need a bit of help with day-to-day tasks but who still like some independence, and they offer assisted living, memory care, nursing home care, independent living, and continuing care retirement community services all under one roof, which is handy for people whose needs might change as they get older. The staff here stays trained in elderly and memory care, so residents get the right support whether they need help with bathing, dressing, walking, or managing medicines, and there's always someone around since they do offer 24-hour supervision and skilled nursing care. Every resident gets a care plan that's made just for them after an initial assessment, which means if you need something like podiatry, wound care, occupational therapy, or medication management, they're set up for that.

Rooms come in private and semi-private options, and folks can bring their own things to make it feel a bit more like home, which is nice, and the common areas invite residents to socialize or join in on activities. The facility runs many programs, like arts and crafts, games, group outings, exercise classes, movie nights, and even education and health and wellness activities to help keep everyone active and connected. There's a dining room for meals, and they prepare food that fits special diets, including allergy-sensitive and diabetes-friendly options. Residents can count on help with personal hygiene, food prep, laundry, and housekeeping.

For comfort and safety, Hosanna Home has features like an emergency alert system, a 24-hour call system, safety rails, sprinklers, guest parking, walk-in paths, a garden, a fitness center, a salon/barbershop, washers and dryers, cable TV, WiFi, and even a library and arts room. Amenities like move-in coordination, transportation for errands or appointments, housekeeping, and maintenance make things easier. People here get to decorate their suites, run resident-led activities if they want, and take part in social groups, all in a home-like setting that tries to keep things warm, welcoming, and safe while helping seniors keep as much independence as they can, and if you're thinking about living here, it's a good idea to schedule a visit, check the licensing and inspection records, and look into options like Medicare or Medicaid if needed.
