    Beautiful, welcoming luxury senior rental

    I toured the new luxury senior rental in Florham Park and was genuinely impressed - gorgeous, contemporary design; spacious, well-appointed apartments; and top-of-the-line amenities (gym, salon, theater, outdoor space, dog park) with multiple dining options and active social programming. The staff were warm, knowledgeable and attentive, the community feels welcoming like family, and the continuum of care/rental flexibility is a real plus - it's excellent but on the pricier side. I'd highly recommend scheduling a visit.

    Meal time can mean eating in the shared dining area, getting room service, or having guests over for a meal, and the Culinary Director has over 25 years cooking classic French and other meals, making sure options fit all sorts of dietary needs like diabetic, low fat, low salt, and vegetarian diets. There's a coffee shop, multiple dining venues including an indoor-outdoor pub, and a full activities calendar with lots of outings, arts and crafts, education programs, and fitness like yoga, Tai Chi, and stretching, plus a real gym and an aerobics studio to stay active. The staff can give personal care for daily needs with personal assistants, medication reminders, and nurses on staff part-time, and residents who want short-term stays can come for respite care.

    Assisted living includes help with everyday stuff like bathing, dressing, and medication management, and if someone lives with Alzheimer's or dementia, the Heartfelt Connections - A Memory Care Program™ uses a gentle, whole-person approach with a dedicated memory care team and safe designs to help prevent wandering and confusion, and there's a Director of Memory Care with true background in behavioral health and person-centered planning.
