    About Cascade Manor

Cascade Manor sits on seven peaceful acres in Eugene and stands as the city's only continuing care retirement community, where folks find independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing all on the same campus, with options for rehabilitation and in-home care if needed, which gives a sense of comfort since health needs can change. The place is a three-story building with more than 30 floor plans, offering studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes-some reach nearly 2,700 square feet-with walk-in closets, stone countertops, full kitchens, washer and dryer, baths with shower combos, and individually controlled heating and cooling, so each apartment can feel like home no matter a resident's preferences.

The main restaurant serves meals restaurant-style, while a coffee bar and café offer lighter fare, and there are plenty of dietary accommodations if someone needs a special menu. Folks can host family or friends in private dining rooms. Cascade Manor makes sure each apartment and common area is comfortable, safe, and clean by offering cleaning, laundry, salon, spa, and security services, and every resident gets an emergency alert pendant for peace of mind. The staff covers a lot, from helping with daily tasks in assisted living to providing skilled nursing and memory care services. Healthcare services include help with bathing, dressing, medication management, skilled nursing, and rehab all right on-site.

People find plenty to do, from woodworking and arts and crafts to resident-run groups, concerts, on-site classes, and fitness options like personal training or group exercise classes. Many like the game rooms, parlors with fireplaces, woodworking shop, arts and crafts rooms, sunrooms, libraries, fitness gym, pool, whirlpool, and the leafy grounds with paths for walking and places to sit in the sun. Pets are welcome; parking is available; and a shuttle helps with getting to appointments or stores.

Cascade Manor was built to foster a sense of community, with activities and events meant to help residents feel connected to each other and the staff. Volunteers and a shared mission bind folks together, and there are resources and FAQ sections to help newcomers get settled or answer questions. Overall, Cascade Manor gives seniors many different housing choices, comfort, a social environment, and a full range of care if needs change, all in one place.
