Caring staff; unprofessional, disorganized management
I'm grateful to the caring staff - they genuinely looked after my loved one and the residents seemed happy. But management was unprofessional and disorganized: they repeatedly asked for information I'd already provided, bombarded me with calls/texts/emails, mishandled billing/invoices, relied too much on plan coverage, showed no initiative on basic services, and even shared a bed-accident photo. Mixed experience: excellent caregivers, frustrating leadership.
