    Attentive kind staff, excellent care

I placed my loved one here and was impressed by the attentive, kind staff (especially Camellia and Vasi), an informative director, a clean quiet homey facility, excellent whole-person and end-of-life care, and great meals. There were a few communication/continence lapses and a delayed injury notification, but staff stayed dedicated until the end and I highly recommend this place.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the reviews is predominantly positive, with multiple reviewers praising the facility for cleanliness, compassionate caregiving, and strong end-of-life support. Many reviewers describe the environment as homey, quiet, safe, and in some accounts even upscale and sparkling. Specific caregivers and leaders are named repeatedly in positive terms (Camellia/Camelia, Vasi/Vossey), and reviewers highlight attentive, patient, and accommodating staff who provide whole-person care. A number of families explicitly state that their loved ones were well cared for, happy, and received excellent or expert care—some noting dedication to residents "until the very end." Several reviewers also single out the director or management as informative and a source of clear communication and high standards.

Care quality emerges as a strong theme: multiple summaries describe compassionate, end-of-life and hospice-capable care, attentive caregivers, and long-term stays that were managed well. Reviewers frequently emphasize kindness, patience, and professionalism among staff members, and several express gratitude for the attention given to residents. The facility's cleanliness and safety are repeatedly noted, supporting impressions of a well-maintained physical environment. Dining is another consistent positive — numerous reviewers mention three good meals a day or "awesome" meals, suggesting reliable, satisfactory food service.

However, the reviews are not uniformly positive. A recurring concern is inconsistency in bathroom and continence care; several summaries explicitly mention uneven performance in this area. There are also reports of communication lapses, including delays in notifying family members or hospice when an injury occurred, which is a notable safety and trust issue for families. A few reviewers recount negative interactions with management or ownership: some describe the owner as "mean" or disrespectful to family members, and one review mentions being chastised for staying too long during visits. These more negative accounts contrast sharply with the majority praises and suggest that experiences may vary depending on staff on duty, management interactions, or particular incidents.

Taken together, the pattern is one of a facility that delivers high-quality, compassionate, and consistent care for many residents, with standout staff members who earn repeated praise. At the same time, there are notable and potentially serious concerns reported by a minority of reviewers—chiefly around continence care, incident notification, and some problematic management interactions. Prospective residents and families would likely find many strengths here (clean environment, good meals, dedicated caregivers, strong end-of-life support) but should also ask targeted questions during a tour: inquire about continence care protocols and staffing consistency, incident-reporting and family-notification procedures, policies on family visits and how complaints are handled, and, if possible, meet or get references for the specific caregivers and managers who will oversee care. These follow-ups can help confirm whether the positive patterns described by most reviewers will apply to their own experience and help mitigate the less favorable reports documented by other families.

    About Springwater Care LLC

Springwater Care LLC sits at 29995 SW Brown Rd in Wilsonville, Oregon, tucked away among trees and gardens so folks get a quiet, cozy place that still keeps them close to city conveniences and nature parks. The homes here use a craftsman design and look a lot like regular houses in a neighborhood, not big buildings, so everything feels homey right from the start. People can pick from cottages, apartments, or other small setups, all with room for personal things and private baths so you don't have to give up privacy just because you live somewhere new. The facilities are always built with seniors in mind, so wheelchair accessible showers, ramps, and help for things like dressing and bathing are all standard, along with lots of wide open spaces and fireplaces to sit around and visit with friends or just relax when the weather turns rainy or cold.

Springwater Care LLC takes care of most chores so residents don't have to do housework or worry about yard work. Meals, housekeeping, transportation, and medication management are all covered, and if someone has a doctor's appointment or needs to go shopping, complimentary transportation comes with the place. The staff help with daily needs like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, even help for folks needing catheters or colostomy supplies, and there's skilled care for people with diabetes too. If a resident's got dementia or signs of Alzheimer's, the memory care team stays on hand, and a high caregiver-to-resident ratio means usually only two or three caregivers for every five residents so folks get help quickly. There are also RN home visits and teams work with Home Health and Hospice when needed, with over 24 years experience in elder care.

The staff aim for a personalized approach, whether someone's a pet owner, needs a hospice team, or just wants independent living with less hassle. Every care plan fits what a resident needs, regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability, and there's help for those wanting to age in place and for those who come for just a short time, like respite care for families needing a break or recovery after illness. Residents can join Vitality programs, participate in crafts, take part in off-site excursions, use the beautician when they want, and gather for devotional activities or small group events in the lounges.

Common spaces inside and outside give everyone the choice to be social or to find a quiet corner. The community allows smoking, and there's always resident parking available for those who still drive. Pet-friendly policies help folks keep animal companions. With both assisted living and memory care, plus programs supporting independent living, skilled nursing, and full medical care, Springwater Care LLC covers most types of support seniors might need from independence all the way through end-of-life care, all in a setting designed to feel like home.
