    Caring staff, clean comfortable rooms

I chose this small facility for my mom and couldn't be happier. The staff and administration are caring, professional, and consistently go above and beyond-helpful, polite, and quick to answer questions and keep us informed about visitation/COVID rules. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, there are lots of activities and social interaction, and residents are treated like family. I'm grateful for the excellent, high-quality care and highly recommend it.

Care quality and staff: A dominant theme is high-quality, attentive care. Communication practices are emphasized as a strength: reviewers mention that tours answer all questions, that administration keeps families posted about visitation and COVID-19 regulations, and that responses to inquiries are timely and thorough. This indicates a pattern of proactive, transparent communication and a family-oriented administrative approach.

Facilities and environment: Reviewers describe the environment as comfortable and consistently clean.
