    Caring staff but administrative concerns

I placed my mom here and was relieved - the staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and treat residents like family; the facility is clean, bright, home-like with private rooms, great food and engaging programs. The team effort, 24-hour/memory care and responsive pharmacy gave us peace of mind and noticeably reduced my mom's anxiety. That said, administration can be inconsistent, I saw understaffing at times, and there are reports of medication errors, unmet Alzheimer's specialization promises, and a steep $4,000 termination fee to be aware of. Overall I'm grateful for the compassionate staff and would recommend the place if you confirm dementia services and clarify policies up front.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment across the reviews is strongly positive about frontline care, the facility environment, and the emotional benefits residents and families experience. The most consistently praised element is the staff: reviewers describe them as compassionate, attentive, respectful, genuine, and treating residents like family. Multiple summaries highlight individualized attention, constant monitoring, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that contributes to reduced anxiety and improved well-being for residents. Several reviewers specifically credited staff and leadership (including named staff like Lauryn and engaged ownership) with creating a trusting, resident-centered culture and a smooth transition for new residents.

Facility and physical-environment feedback is also highly favorable. The community is described as clean and well-maintained, with maintenance staff keeping the building in "tip-top shape." Rooms are characterized as spacious, private, and bright with natural light, and the overall setting is portrayed as home-like rather than institutional. Dining is noted positively — "food smells amazing," communal mealtimes are valued for social engagement, and reviewers mention engaging programs that support resident activity and socialization. The presence of 24-hour memory care and needs-focused design is cited as a strength by many families.

Operational strengths beyond caregiving include accurate prescription handling and access to a pharmacist, which contributed to families’ confidence in medication management in many cases. Reviewers frequently mention teamwork, family-like relationships between staff and residents, and supportive ownership involvement, all of which reinforce perceptions of personalized care and dignity for residents. Several accounts describe peace of mind for families, timely openings, and a positive overall transition experience when moving a loved one in.

However, a minority of reviews raise substantive concerns that should be weighed carefully. Multiple comments report perceived understaffing, and several particularly serious criticisms relate to clinical safety: there are reports of medication errors, instances where care declined, and at least one hospital transfer following deteriorating care. One review alleges that an advertised Alzheimer's specialization was not delivered as promised. Administrative issues also appear in the feedback: mentions of inconsistent rules, a sense that administration can be lacking or hurtful to families, and a specific complaint about a $4,000 termination fee and an impression that financial concerns can at times take priority.

Taken together, the pattern suggests a facility with excellent direct-care staff, a welcoming physical environment, and many families experiencing measurable improvements in loved ones’ quality of life. At the same time, there are recurring warnings about clinical oversight, staffing levels, and certain administrative policies that have led to serious dissatisfaction for some families. Prospective families should weigh the strong positive reports about individualized, compassionate care and the clean, home-like setting against the reports of medication errors, possible mismatch between advertised clinical specialization and delivered services, and potential administrative pitfalls. It would be prudent for prospective residents and families to ask specific questions about staffing ratios, medication administration protocols and error reporting, the facility’s memory-care specialization and demonstrated outcomes, and contractual terms (including termination fees) before making a placement decision.

    About Remember Me Senior Care

Remember Me Senior Care sits on 120 King Den Drive in Cleveland, Tennessee, and the community's made up of five cozy farmhouses that let plenty of natural light in, where each resident gets a private room with their own bathroom and a comfortable, homelike space that doesn't feel crowded, and you'll see big front porches on these farmhouses which are nice for sitting or talking with family and friends. Raised gardens are outside for those that like gardening, plus there's a walking park and pavilion if someone wants to stroll or enjoy outdoor entertainment, with two tranquil courtyards for every house, so you'll often find folks outside gardening, listening to animal therapy, taking walks, or just sitting under the sun, and sometimes the staff organizes brunch or activities in those areas. The community focuses on assisted living and memory care for seniors, with care teams that include Certified Dementia Practitioners knowing how to help people who have Alzheimer's or other dementias, and they make sure plans match each person's needs, whether someone needs help with getting dressed, bathing, medication, or eating, so people can keep as much independence as they're able. Activity rooms of different sizes let people stay busy with purposeful activities or join in events like live music or small group games, and there are private dining areas for family gatherings, so families can visit and share a meal together. Every room has a television with streaming services and Bluetooth audio for music therapy, and air throughout the houses gets cleaned by plasma ion air filtration systems, with safety and handicap features plus a sprinkler system to give everyone peace of mind. Meals are home-cooked daily in the farmhouse kitchens, and you can tell the care team wants residents to feel welcome and respected, with programs for both mind and body and a culture the staff says is centered on kindness and dignity. The grounds and buildings have secure internet for residents and guests, cable TV, washers, dryers, and game or activities rooms, plus the buildings get regular housekeeping and maintenance. The staff includes people like the executive director dedicated to making the place supportive, and there's a marketing director who knows senior engagement. Caregivers get community forums and tips to help understand options, and the staff talk families through different levels of care if they need guidance. Private care assistants, walking or wheelchair help, laundry, transportation, and wellness programs are available as needed, and all these things together aim for a life where people feel purposeful and valued, focusing on living with grace and enjoying treasured moments no matter the challenges.
