Good short-term care, unsafe long-term
I had a mixed experience. The nurses, CNAs, therapists and rehab gym were excellent-kind, professional and helped my loved one recover-but care was wildly inconsistent. I saw rude or neglectful staff, slow call-light response, lost clothes/glasses/dentures, laundry and management problems, billing/upcharges and rent increases. Cleanliness and showers were often poor, transfers and medical care sometimes unsafe (delays in antibiotics/emergencies, dehydration, meds/glucose issues), and COVID/visitor rules and PPE guidance were inconsistent. I'd consider this place for short-term rehab, but I would not trust it for long-term or dementia care.
