Kind staff, serious facility problems
I'm torn. The nurses, CNAs and therapists were kind, caring and encouraging - day-to-day interactions were often positive - but I also experienced serious problems: slow or no response to call buttons, poor wound care, privacy breaches (patients exposed in halls), unsanitary conditions and bad smells, cold/small meals with no menu, and unprofessional or unhelpful admin staff. Until those issues are fixed I cannot recommend this facility.
