    Kind staff, mixed caregiving quality

I feel at home here - staff are kind, dignified and eager to help, the place is clean, and the activity/entertainment schedule is excellent. Food and dining can be inconsistent. Independent living has been great, but assisted/long-term care has been uneven with staffing/response and safety concerns - I worry about my 97-year-old dad. New management and recent improvements give me hope; I'm grateful for the caring staff but would advise caution for heavy medical needs.
