    Heartbreaking neglect despite caring staff

    I had a mixed, heartbreaking experience. Many staff were friendly, helpful, and the facility was clean and updated, but chronic short-staffing and poor communication resulted in delayed/unresponsive nursing care, missed hospital transfers and DNR paperwork, bedsores and safety risks - my loved one died alone and belongings were not returned. Despite some exceptional employees, I cannot recommend this facility.
