Beautiful apartments, chronic slow maintenance
I love the bright, beautifully renovated, pet-friendly community tucked away in Suffolk - the staff (George, Sarah, Cristal, Angela and the new administration) are caring, friendly, and go above and beyond, which made my move here a wonderful, peaceful experience. My biggest issue is chronic, slow maintenance: I've had around 29 repair orders, one open since Dec 16, 2023, and repairs like toilets, garbage disposal and washer/dryer take weeks (often 1+ weeks or 4-6 weeks). It feels like remodels are prioritized over urgent fixes, and recent rent increases with understaffing leave me frustrated. Overall I'm grateful to be here for the people, location, and clean apartments, but the repair delays need serious improvement.
