    Wonderful attentive care, beautiful home

I'm so grateful for the wonderful, attentive, individualized care here-especially from Daniella and management. The home is beautiful, spacious, spotless and feels very safe; private rooms can be furnished and include a TV. Meals are balanced and tasty, often using organic garden produce, and activities are offered 2-3 times a week. This place is amazing, but there's currently no availability.

    Summary review

Overall sentiment in the reviews is strongly positive, with multiple reviewers expressing gratitude and awarding five-star ratings. The dominant themes are high-quality, attentive caregiving and a comfortable, well-maintained home environment. Reviewers repeatedly single out individual caregivers and management by name, indicating a personalized, relationship-based approach to care that leaves residents and families satisfied.

Care quality and staff: Reviews emphasize loving, attentive, and individualized care. Staff members are described as attentive and caring, and specific praise is given to caregivers named Daniella/Daniela. The consistency of these comments suggests staff are both skilled and emotionally engaged with residents. The term "individualized care" appears explicitly, indicating that reviewers feel care plans are tailored to each resident rather than generic.

Facilities and living space: The property is portrayed as a gorgeous, spacious, and clean home. Private rooms are noted as roomy and may be furnished if desired; reviewers mention TVs being available in rooms. The overall physical environment is described as safe, which complements the caregiving praise and supports a sense of security and comfort for residents.

Dining and food quality: Meals receive positive mention for being balanced and tasty, with a notable highlight that produce from an organic garden is used. This detail points to attention to nutrition and freshness, and may be an important differentiator for families prioritizing healthy, home-style food options.

Activities and engagement: An activities coordinator is present and organizes programming approximately 2-3 times per week. Reviewers appreciate the presence of coordinated activities, though the stated frequency may be interpreted by some as limited depending on individual expectations or needs for daily engagement.

Management and availability: Management receives explicit praise alongside staff, with the owner/manager (Daniela) singled out positively. One practical drawback mentioned is a lack of current availability, which likely reflects high demand and strong reputation; this is the main concrete negative noted across the reviews. The combination of strong management praise and no availability suggests the facility is well-regarded and may have waitlists.

Patterns and notable points: The reviews collectively stress a warm, family-like atmosphere where both clinical and day-to-day needs are met—clean, attractive accommodations; personalized, attentive care; nutritious home-cooked meals; and organized activities. The only consistent concerns are availability (no openings reported) and the limited stated frequency of activities (2-3 times per week), which may matter to prospective residents seeking more daily programming. In summary, the reviews portray A Place Called Home LLC as a highly regarded, well-run small residential care setting with strong staff relationships, good food, attractive living spaces, and limited current capacity.
