Compassionate care with staffing concerns
I had a wonderful, comforting experience - the staff were attentive, compassionate and friendly, the facility was clean and welcoming, the food and activities were good, and they even organized solar-eclipse viewing with glasses for residents. Julie and Marianne (and many others) went above and beyond, helping my dad feel at home and providing dignified, trusting care - I'm truly grateful. My only concerns were staffing shortages, slow call-light responses and some management/scheduling issues that need attention.
