    Wonderful people, place; memory-care caution

I had a mixed experience. The staff were warm, attentive and compassionate, the building spotless and beautifully maintained, meals were excellent and plentiful, and activities/amenities felt resort-like - my loved one made friends and enjoyed daily walks and programs. That said, I ran into inconsistent management, billing/administrative headaches, frequent staff turnover and understaffing, and I would be very cautious if your loved one has dementia or needs evening mental-health coverage - several families reported crisis-level issues that required hiring private aides. Overall: wonderful people and place, but ask hard questions about memory care, staffing levels and extra costs before you commit.
