    Friendly staff but management fails

I appreciated the genuinely friendly, smiling staff who knew residents by name, the sunny south-facing room with meadow views, clean apartments, active programming and fresh cafeteria meals. However, management communication was horrific - I experienced no contact during an ER visit, extra charges, cold food/no condiments, and worrying memory-care/abuse allegations that prompted plans to file complaints. Lovely grounds and caring frontline staff, but management issues keep me from recommending this place wholeheartedly.
