    Thriving, friendly community; excellent activities

My mom lives at Down Manor and I couldn't be happier - she's thriving in a safe, friendly community with wonderful, responsive staff, a fantastic Activities Director, plentiful activities, tasty meals and a lively dining room. The grounds are beautiful, location is convenient to medical care, shops and the college, transportation is reliable, apartments are varied and pet-friendly, and it's excellent value. One concern: a staff member was rude and management needs to address it quickly - call for justice for Zane. Overall this place has been a God-send and I highly recommend it.

The facility has strong safety, with a no-smoking rule inside, wheelchair accessible showers, and a team on duty around the clock for emergencies or medical needs. They give residents and families support with bill paying and estimates, plus offer online tools like MyChart for scheduling and paying bills, and you can even see a doctor remotely or arrange same-day care if something comes up fast.
