      About Heritage Gardens

Heritage Gardens sits in a peaceful, gated community in Meridian and Eagle, Idaho, with homesites ranging from about 0.12 to 1 acre, and these tree-lined streets wind along a private paver road and through cul-de-sacs, so the area stays quiet with very little through-traffic, and folks living here often enjoy the serene parks, walking paths, and large open green spaces that surround the homes, some of which have floor-to-ceiling windows and modern designs with flat or gently sloping rooflines. The community has both single and two-story homes, all with at least 3,500 square feet, and they're built by well-known local builders like Tresidio Homes, Asbury Construction, and Ted Mason Signature Homes, with homes finished as recently as 2018 and 2019-there's also full yard and snow cleanup taken care of by the HOA, so you don't have to worry about that, and the HOA dues cover all lawn maintenance along with a $650 setup fee and quarterly dues of $390, which folks say keeps everything neat year-round.

There's room for up to 60 homes, each on its own lot, and the homes themselves are modern, featuring open floor plans, accessory building allowances, and LEED certified construction, which means they're built with sustainability in mind; some lots reach 100 feet wide, giving each home room to spread out, and there's a focus on quality construction and comfort, with the option for custom building details if that's what you want. Heritage Gardens is set up for adults 55 and older and offers a range of support, such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services; the staff help with things like daily activities, medication, bathing, dressing, and meal prep, and there's a 24-hour call system if somebody needs assistance, plus non-ambulatory care, so folks with different needs are usually able to stay in the community even as things change for them.

Inside the community, the amenities include a restaurant-style dining room with meals all day, allergy-friendly and diabetes-appropriate food, and meals prepared by a chef, and everyone can use the arts room, game room, library, movie theater, spa, fitness room, and outdoor areas like the koi pond and courtyards, which are safe and good for group gatherings, relaxation, and even gazebos for social events. There are also planned outings to places like local parks, museums, and restaurants, plus daily activities such as live entertainment, fitness classes, arts and crafts, spiritual routines like rosary prayers, and programs specifically designed for folks with memory issues, such as the Portraits® Montessori-based program and the Snapshots™ program, which help with routines and keeping skills sharp.

Heritage Gardens offers private, pet-friendly apartments and supports changing needs with tailored care plans for each person, and there's back-up for meal preparation and housekeeping, along with laundry and dry cleaning, concierge, and move-in coordination services, so settling in is usually pretty simple. Residents get chances to run their own activities, join community-sponsored events, and get involved with wellness programs, and the calm setting with easy access to medical services, pharmacies, parks, shopping, and even 14 places of worship nearby makes daily life feel manageable and connected. Heritage Gardens keeps things centered on hospitality, connection, and fostering independence for residents 55 and older, so folks get what they need without giving up their comfort, privacy, or sense of home.
