    About Concordia

Concordia sits in Monroe Township, New Jersey, with a big, comfortable community spread over 440 acres of old farmland and has 1,757 homes. The homes come in different styles-condos, semi-attached duplexes, townhomes, and free-standing ranch homes-and you'll see a mix of contemporary and modern architecture since the houses were built between 1982 and 2000. This community is for active adults aged 55 and older and has a gated entrance for privacy and security. The homes are designed to be low-maintenance, with easy floor plans made for comfort, and many have patios, garages, or carports. The Concordia Clubhouse stands in the middle, serving as a place where friends and neighbors come for social and recreational activities, and you'll see people enjoying club meetings, events, and live entertainment in a cozy setting.

At Concordia, there are options for those who need a bit more help, as the community offers services like assisted living, memory care, and respite care. Staff help with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, medication, and meals, and there are chef-prepared options that work for allergies or diabetes. The dining room offers meals all day, restaurant-style, and there are family and concierge support services, as well as laundry, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and move-in help available. The homes include amenities like private bathrooms, air conditioning, furnished options, cable TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenettes, and telephone service.

For staying active, Concordia has a fitness center, dance and aerobics studio, indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, tennis, bocce, and shuffleboard courts, walking and biking trails, and a full program of fitness classes and outdoor activities. Residents have access to arts and crafts studios, activity and game rooms, a library, billiards, and regular workshops and seminars for learning and growing. The emergency alert and call system means help is always close by, and the staff is available 24-hours for any healthcare needs.

The golf course at Concordia is an 18-hole championship layout, 6,200 yards long, designed by Brian Ault and Tom Clark, with three sets of tees, a grass driving range, and a practice putting green. The golf facilities include a pro shop open daily and an option for golf instruction, group outings, and fundraising packages. Memberships fit singles, couples, families, and active adults, and the driving range is open most days for practice. The community also runs regular group activities, clubs, and resident-led committees to bring people together.

Concordia sits close to Exit 8A off the New Jersey Turnpike, making it easy to visit, and they keep the community open to guests every day of the week. The neighborhood often hosts community movie nights, scheduled activities, and social gatherings. With a club-like atmosphere in the Concordia Clubhouse and a focus on resident satisfaction, Concordia tries to offer a place where people can live comfortably, stay connected, and keep busy.
