Heritage Center sits at 1012 3rd Street Southeast in Willmar, Minnesota, where it's been part of the community since 1953, starting out with a historic cornerstone and even a time capsule from its first days, and the building's grown a lot over time, from 38 beds at the beginning to serving more residents as time went on, all while being owned and supported by Calvary Lutheran and its church community. Folks living here find several care options, with independent living for those who don't need help, assisted living for people who need some help with daily living, and a skilled nursing section for those who need more medical attention, and there's also a dedicated memory care unit called Bethesda Grand for Alzheimer's Care and those with memory loss.
