About Livingston Health & Rehabilitation Center

Livingston Health & Rehabilitation Center is a community that helps people who can't live alone but don't need full-time skilled nursing care yet, and you'll see that the staff knows about rehabilitation and health care, so folks get support with things like bathing, dressing, medication, and meals in a setting designed to help them stay as independent as possible, and there's supervision around the clock with a call system and 12 to 16 hours of nursing care each day. The center has both short-term and long-term care, including memory care, post-acute care, respite, hospice, and skilled nursing, so if someone needs help with diabetes, incontinence, or can't walk on their own, they have services for that too, and there are special therapy programs for rehabilitation, like occupational, speech, and physical therapy. People can stay in furnished rooms, which have private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, phones, and some kitchenettes, and there's help with chores thanks to housekeeping, laundry, and concierge services. The dining room serves meals made by a professional chef, with options to fit allergies and diabetes, and people can eat restaurant-style or get help when they need it. There are indoor and outdoor ways to stay active and social, with a garden, walking paths, community theater, fitness and game rooms, library, music and arts programs, spa/wellness room, and movie nights, along with daily and community activities and trips, and even outdoor programs. Safety is a priority, so there's an emergency alert system and transportation options with parking too, and some services-like Angel Line for rides or homemaker help for light cleaning and errands-are aimed at seniors with special needs or lower incomes who want to stay home as long as they can. Livingston Health & Rehabilitation Center takes part in programs to prevent health care fraud, and works with things like the Senior Medicare Patrol, Montana Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, and Adult Protective Services to protect older adults, and for families worrying about how to pay, the center accepts both Medicaid and Medicare, and there's a focus on both comfort and care so people living there can live safely, recover, and be as independent as possible for as long as they can.
