    Excellent therapy, poor overall care

My experience was very mixed. The rehab is clean, the rooms and food are nice, and therapy is excellent - Derek, Troy, Katie and Mary stood out as caring and effective, and Josh was responsive. But in-house care felt chronically understaffed (few RNs/aides), with long call-bell waits, rude night staff, limited nurse interaction, spotty communication, and doctors who often treat by chart only. I also saw infection-control lapses, medication/fever mismanagement for a vulnerable patient, and real safety risks (immobility, denied wheelchair help, skin breakdown). I'd recommend this facility for short, supervised rehab stays - I would not send a very frail or immunocompromised loved one for long-term care.
