I placed a loved one here and overall I'm grateful - the caregivers (Rick, Mel, Ronnel, Cathy, Crystal) are loving, attentive, and genuinely go above and beyond; the facility is clean, bright, well-organized, feels safe, offers hospice support and engaging activities, and communication is excellent (the owner even texts about concerns and visiting is accommodating). That said, we had troubling issues - occasional rude/confrontational staff, missing belongings, improper food storage/expired food and concerns about cash handling with no spending log - which persisted at times. I highly recommend this home for its compassionate, family-like care and strong staff-resident relationships, but advise families to stay vigilant about belongings, food safety, and finances.
