Garnsey Garden is a small senior living home for up to six residents, set in a quiet residential neighborhood, where licensed nurses with over 15 years of experience oversee care and make sure staff stay trained and up to date. For safety, Garnsey Garden has security gates, a locked perimeter, and a monitored alarm system, and all areas are wheelchair and walker friendly. There's non-ambulatory care, memory care for Alzheimer's or dementia, and hospice support, with special activities for memory enhancement. Community activities include music, arts and crafts, exercise, games, movie nights, and special seasonal events, and staff can even help with hair or nail care. Amenities like internet, cable TV, air conditioning, telephone service, move-in coordination, and guest parking add comfort, and residents can get assistance getting to doctors or dentist appointments with transport arrangements offered. Residents can enjoy the indoor spaces which include a great room with a fireplace, a separate living room or office with French doors, and a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, an island, and a breakfast nook. The master suite has its own fireplace, huge walk-in closet, and full bath with double sinks, tub, and shower.
