    Found that there were no residents residing at the location. The licensee mailed the closure notice and the original license to the licensing office on 1/31/22 (received 2/8/22), and the regional office will process the closure.

    Found that all pre-licensing requirements were met; four exterior doors had functioning audible exit devices. Tools were removed from the garage, and four broken panels on the inner fence of the left-side yard were replaced and were in good repair.
