Some caregivers here were kind and tried to help, but the building is neglected and dirty - I saw signs of bed bugs, cockroaches and mice, sewer leaks, and shoddy electrical/plumbing. Management was evasive and irresponsible, and licensing/caregiver concerns made me uneasy. I stayed because of the staff, but I wouldn't trust this place long-term until major repairs and accountability happen.
