    Bright, caring staff and activities

    I moved my mom into Oak Manor and overall we're very pleased: the bright, home-like facility, large sunny room with a slider, around-the-clock meals, and regular activities (cards, bingo, bowling, music, crafts, outings) have kept her social and happy. The staff-Sharon especially-are compassionate, attentive, and quick to respond; care here is excellent and the small community feels welcoming. Downsides: the exterior looks dated and there is no memory care, so it won't fit every need.
