    About Fountainview At Eisenberg Village

Fountainview at Eisenberg Village is a two-story senior living community for adults aged 55 and over, set in a quiet, gated area on the campus of the Los Angeles Jewish Home, and offers a broad range of care and living options all in one place, so you see independent living, assisted living, memory care, short-term rehab, nursing care, and everything in between, with trained staff available around the clock. The apartments range from studios up to two bedrooms, with floor plans from 958 to 1,430 square feet, high ceilings, full kitchens, in-suite laundry, and a feeling of openness, and many have views over nicely landscaped gardens, walking paths, and secure courtyards that are good for strolls or sitting outside in the sunshine. The campus has 24-hour security, a gated entrance, emergency alert systems in each unit, walkable paths, and luxury transportation services so residents can get to appointments, shop, or enjoy nearby museums and entertainment.

Inside the community, you find a comfortable, friendly setting where people enjoy daily meals in either of two dining venues, the gourmet dining room or a casual lounge, with options for special diets, plus daily breakfast and flexible dining choices, and residents do not have to worry about upkeep, as all maintenance, housekeeping, and linen services are taken care of. Social life is always going on with art programs, game days, book discussions, movies in the on-site theater, fitness classes in the state-of-the-art gym, and resident-run activity groups, as well as holiday and cultural events, lectures, and performances in the event center. There's even a beauty salon, a creative arts studio, a business center, and a bar and lounge. The community center holds frequent educational, cultural, and social gatherings, and the staff runs a structured calendar of things to do, so everyone can join in according to their interests. Residents can use individual storage units, a fitness room, garden and spa, plus a sauna and wellness room for relaxation and health.

Health care services are a key part of Fountainview at Eisenberg Village, with the Goldenberg•Ziman Special Care Center and the Joyce Eisenberg-Keefer Medical Center on campus, and the Brandman Centers for Senior Care (PACE) nearby for those in Reseda and West Los Angeles. Assisted living and memory care areas are designed for safety and comfort, with secured outdoor access, specialized staff for dementia care, and nursing and intermediate care for those who need more support, including short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, palliative, and hospice care. The place is set up to make life easier, with move-in help, transportation and parking services, weekly housekeeping, and a concierge program to help with appointments and outings, and all apartments are maintained by the community so residents don't have to do repairs or outside work.

Life here is built around supporting active and independent seniors, with plenty of opportunities for exercise, creative arts, socializing, and quiet time in the library or gardens, while meals are nutritious and appealing, and special needs can be accommodated. All care is backed by the full services and staff of the Los Angeles Jewish Home, with a family-like community atmosphere that emphasizes dignity, independence, and support throughout all stages of aging. Facilities like the Anneberg School of Nursing, the Levy-Kime Geriatric Community Clinic, and programs like respite stays and flexible care options mean residents can get just the help they need, whether for a short stay or as their needs change over time. The apartments are comfortable, the service is steady, and every detail is aimed at making daily life safe, engaging, and as worry-free as possible for older adults looking for an active and supportive place to live.
