    Caring staff but run-down facility

    I was disappointed by the run-down facility and some unmet expectations, but the staff — especially owner Merly A — are amazing, offering personalized, spiritual, encouraging care. It’s not perfect, but real people, nice country living, and folks who listen to one another.
