    Compassionate team helped my mom

I came here after a terrible experience elsewhere and couldn't be happier. The physical therapy team and social services (especially Olivia) went above and beyond, and admissions (Scarlett E.) and nursing leadership (Julie) were thorough and compassionate. RNs and CNAs were attentive, professional and genuinely caring-my mom felt comfortable, supported, and made real progress toward recovery. Clean, friendly facility with good meals, activities, hospice support when needed-highly recommend.

Nursing leadership is singled out by name, and many reviews describe staff as attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Several reviewers explicitly contrast their experience here with negative experiences elsewhere, indicating that Woodland Post Acute delivered markedly better care and a more comfortable stay.

The physical therapy team is repeatedly described as exceptional, recovery-focused, and instrumental in patients making measurable progress. Reviewers express appreciation for therapy staff who provide physical support, motivate recovery, and tailor programs to individual needs. This strong therapy orientation complements the clinical nursing care and contributes to the perception of the facility as a premier rehab option.
