About The Gallery at Cape Coral

The Gallery at Cape Coral is a new community built in 2024 with 150 apartment suites designed for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and you'll find all sorts of comforts there, including fully equipped kitchens, in-unit laundry, and central air conditioning, and each apartment even comes with a private screened lanai where you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze, and you get options for studio, one-bedroom, and semi-private suites depending on your needs. It's a sturdy place with impact-resistant windows and construction meant to hold up in Category 5 hurricanes, and they've got backup generators so folks feel safe during storms. You'll see there's a big focus on the arts, from local artist displays in the halls to spaces where residents can make their own art, and you'll spot all sorts of features, like a saltwater pool, spa, bocce ball court, rooftop Sky Lounge with hand-crafted cocktails, a putting green, outdoor fire pit, and even an area for outdoor grilling and gathering. They do chef-curated meals in the restaurant and have a scratch kitchen with fresh, local food, including vegan and gluten-free meals, but if you like cooking at home you can do that too because the apartments come with all the main appliances, so you can still feel at home. There's laundry and housekeeping services included, and the staff helps with move-in and downsizing if you need it, plus they'll drive you to appointments or shopping. The community's pet-friendly, welcoming pets of all sizes, and you'll see residents enjoying everything from fitness classes and art activities to planned day trips and more, since the Activities Director keeps things busy and interesting. If you need more help, they've got personalized support with daily activities, medication, dressing and bathing, and there's always staff around, including nurses on site much of the day and a 24-hour call system if anything happens. Memory care residents get extra support in safe, secure areas, with activities and routines that keep them comfortable and involved, and everyone gets to take part in programs that fit their own needs, from wellness to spiritual engagement, and there are chances to meet other people and join activities that help everyone feel a sense of connection. The building uses elevators for easy access, it's near shopping, golf, nature preserves, and hundreds of miles of canals, plus there's a salon, cocktail bar, concierge, wine room, library, and all kinds of other thoughtful touches meant for comfort and community without a lot of fuss, and the goal is to let folks keep their independence as long as they can, while being able to get more support if they need it, all in one spot.
