    About Assisted Lovely Living Facility

Assisted Lovely Living Facility was a small senior care home in Melbourne, Florida, and it had just 6 assisted living units, licensed under Florida license #12837, and the place sat in a remodeled single-family house, so residents got bedrooms fully furnished, suites, studio units, semi-private rooms, and ADA-compliant bathrooms set up for accessibility. Renita Buchanan managed the facility, and the main address was 1702 Trible Rd, with a mailing address at 2214 Misty Way Ln, both in Melbourne. Residents could expect help with daily tasks like dressing, moving around, bathing, incontinence care, spoon-feeding, and there were also special services for Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's care. The south wing held three private bedrooms and one suite, while the large dining room with a fireplace sat nearby and could seat 14 people, and everyone could use a family room leading to the north wing, where there was a living room, event area, and even a hair salon. The galley kitchen served chef-prepared meals, and there was a monitored emergency response and 24-hour awake staff for safety, along with a fully sprinklered, alarmed setup and flat screen TVs, computer access, in-room emergency systems, and a 24-hour security system. The screened courtyard, about 400 square feet, offered covered space for gatherings, and the gardens, patios, fenced yard, and shaded oak trees made the outdoor spaces calm and secure. Amenities included dusting, vacuuming, personal laundry, fitness and fall-prevention classes, wellness programs, massage therapy, fun events like bingo and cards, arts and crafts, resident dining hall, full activities program, a beauty shop, monthly physician checkups, home upkeep, moving services, pet allowance, parking for family members, individual service assessments, and free transportation help. Residents got all appliances, generous closets, and services for medication, dining help, and more, with staff focused on promoting independence and adjusting the level of care to each individual's needs. The company filed annual reports for 2016 and 2017, changed names on January 10, 2017, and voluntarily dissolved in March 2018, so the place is no longer active, but while it was open, it aimed to provide long-term, comfortable care in a homelike setting.
