    Homey, clean, but staffing concerns

I live here and find it homey, quaint, and very clean - lovely grounds, rocking-chair porch, garden, daily activities, shopping bus, and three meals with alternates. Residents and most staff are kind, professional and inclusive; my one-bedroom is comfortable and I get care checks about every two hours. That said, upper management seems out of touch and disorganized, staffing levels and turnover are a problem, and advertised 24-hour RN coverage didn't match my experience - I've noticed guideline lapses that felt tied to budget choices. I'd recommend this close-knit community for locals who can visit often, but not for those who need stricter oversight or live far away.

Housekeeping happens every week, trash is picked up daily, and on-site parking's available for visitors and residents who drive. The grounds and indoors are kept clean and homey, and the management team gets recognized as professional and helpful, with staff known for being friendly, joyful, and kind to all. Nutritious meals use quality ingredients, with award-winning dining services, and there's regular recognition for best meals, best activities, and friendliness. Tours are available for folks who want to see daily life, dining, and the activity programs, and the resident apartments are designed to make life easy, safe, and comfortable while keeping things warm and welcoming.
