The business operated as a Florida profit corporation, kept its paperwork up to date for several years before dissolving in October 2022, and it listed Komal Walia and Neena Walia in leadership roles, with Neena Walia serving as the registered agent at the same address the facility operated from, and while it tried to provide a comfortable, well-maintained building with services tailored to the needs of older adults while it was open, it no longer operates and doesn't accept new residents.
